Step 1

Mix wheat flour, salt, and oil. Add water gradually and knead into a soft dough. Rest for 15–20 minutes.

Step 2

Combine sattu, onion, green chili, coriander, cumin powder, ajwain, salt, lemon juice, and pickle masala. Add a little water if needed so the mixture binds lightly.

Step 3

Divide dough into 2 balls. Roll slightly, add stuffing, seal edges, and roll gently into parathas.

Step 4

Heat tawa. Cook both sides with ghee/oil until golden brown spots appear.

Step 5

Serve hot with curd, pickle, or chutney.
