Step 1

In a bowl, mix besan and suji. Add water gradually to form a smooth, slightly thick batter. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes (helps suji soften).

Step 2

Add chopped veggies, spices, and salt. Mix well. Heat a non-stick pan, lightly grease it.

Step 3

Pour a ladle of batter and spread gently like a pancake. Cook on medium flame, drizzle a little oil. Flip and cook both sides till golden

Step 4

Serve hot with chutney or curd.
