Mango Kulfi

#AAM26 Mango Kulfi is an Indian dessert that can be easily made and enjoyed at home it is made up of mango pulp mixed with reduced milk . We can use condensed milk for richness but I added some fresh cream saffron dryfruits . It is delicious dessert.

Step 1

Bring milk to boil in a heavy bottomed pan and reduce it to half add sugar and saffron

Step 2

Mix cornflour in a little cold milk and add it to reduced milk this batter will thick enough for kulfi

Step 3

Put off the gas and let it be completely cool

Step 4

Peel mangoes and chop into cubes blend it into a smooth paste and add it in completely cooled thick milk

Step 5

Mix well until smooth add cardamom powder fresh cream dryfruits

Step 6

Transfer it to kulfi moulds close the lid and freeze it overnight

Step 7

Tasty mango Kulfi is ready to serve take out kulfi in a serving plate garnish with nuts and serv cool
