Remove sides of bread slices, cut bread randomly, transfer in a mixing jar & make fine powder.
In a heavy bottom pan boil milk, then switch off flame, add bread mixture one by one spoon & mix continuesly to avoid lumps.
Switch on gas cook on low flame add milk powder in batches & stir continuously.
Add chopped almonds, pista, cashew and give it a good mix.
Add sugar , cardamom powder mixproperly. Add ghee & give it a good mix. Switch off the flame, let it cool properly.
After that Add Mango puree in mixture. Give it a good mix, add mango pieces in it. Put it in freeze for 2 hours.
Instant Mango Rabdi is ready to serve. Transfer in serving bowl. Garnish with mango pieces. Chopped almonds, pista, cashew.
Serve chilled.
