Step 1

Combine suji + curd + water → smooth, medium-thick batter.

Step 2

Let it sit for 10–15 mins (suji absorbs water).

Step 3

Mix in chopped vegetables, salt, turmeric, ginger, chilli, cumin.

Step 4

Heat pan, lightly grease. Pour batter like a pancake (not too thin). Cook on medium flame. Flip when golden, cook both sides

Step 5

Serve hot with chutney or curd.
