Step 1

First of all wash and soak the moong moth and gram seeds for 5-6 hours. After they are well soaked, drain the water and wrap them in a clean cloth and keep wetting them until they germinate.

Step 2

After sprouting, wash it with clean water and pressure cook it for 5 minutes.

Step 2

Transfer it into a container and add chopped onion, tomato, lemon, grated cucumber, grated beetroot, black pepper and white salt and mix it well and serve this healthy protein salad.
