#cnv26 Homemade Sweet Potato Wafers are crispy and crunchy and so easy to make. All you need is a good slicer to make thin slices of sweet potato. Unlike potato wafers, sweet potato wafers have a little sweetness along with a savory taste that makes these wafers tasty. These wafers are not only salty, sweet, crunchy, and spicy, but also very crisp and a great evening time snack along with hot tea/coffee.

Step 1

First upon wash and peel the sweet potatoes.

Step 2

Heat oil in a pan, the sweet potatoes directly over hot oil using a slicer or slice on a plate and slide inside the hot oil and make thinly slice chips into the oil.

Step 3

In a bowl, add sendha namak and water. Then mix well. and add salted water to hot oil.

Step 4

Then fry the wafer on medium heat and add salted water to hot oil. Then fry the wafer till it is slightly crispy. Serve or store sweet potato chips in an airtight container.

Step 5

Now our very crispy and crunchy Sweet Potato Wafers are ready for serve.
