Step 1

Boil Milk. Heat milk in a pan and let it simmer for 5–7 minutes until slightly thick.

Step 2

Cook Apples Separately.

Step 3

In another pan, heat ghee and sauté grated apples for 4–5 minutes.

Step 4

This step prevents milk from curdling

Step 5

Add cooked apples to the milk and mix well.

Step 6

Add sugar and cardamom powder. Stir and cook for 3–4 minutes. Add Dry Fruits

Step 7

Add cashews, almonds, and raisins. Turn off heat. Serve warm or chilled.
