Sago Beetroot Momos

For the Sabudana Momos: First wash the sago and soak it in, beetroot water for atleast 6hours for pink colour .Drain .

Then grind it in a mixer, add senda salt as per taste and knead it well. Keep aside covered.
Now for the stuffing: Heat a kadhai put ghee, when hot add jeera, after they splutter add the chopped ginger and curry leaves and coriander .Saute for a minute.
Add grated paneer ,peanut powder,senda salt and blackpepper powder and mix again.
Mix well and turn off the gas. Keep the mixture aside.
Now roll sago mixture into a small round shape on your greased palm .
Now add the stuffing and seal the edges and shape into a small ball’.
Similarly make the remaining Momos with remaining sago mixture .
Then steam it 5 to 7 minutes.
Top with chilli oil ,green chilli and chopped coriander .
Serve with chutney of your choice. Enjoy these tasty momos on a fasting day.
