Sabudana Vada

Soak the sabudana in water for 3-4 hours.

Now peel the boiled potatoes and grate them. Add chopped green chilies and mix. Add salt, roasted cumin seeds, black pepper powder, and mix.
Now, take the mixture in your hand and make the vada.
Make all the vadas by hand. Heat oil in a pan. Fry the vadas in hot oil.
Fry all the vadas in the same way. Sabudana vada is ready.
Serve hot vadas with curd or chutney.
