Shengdanechi Amti with Varicha Bhat

#cnv26 Shengdanechi Amti also know as danyachi amti is a traditional dish that is often served with Varicha Bhat, also know as samak rice or bhagar. Both of these dishes are commonly prepared to adhere to the dietary restriction of vrat ka khana.

Step 1

Mixer jar mein Bhuni mungfali , Hari mirchi adrak , dhaniya aur thoda sa Pani dalkar Bari pest banaa le

Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they begin to splutter, add the prepared paste and mix thoroughly. Then, add water as needed, season with salt to taste, and cook until it comes to a boil.

Step 3

Turn off the gas, add a little finely chopped fresh coriander, and our Shengdana Chi Amti is ready.

Step 4

To prepare Vari ka Bhat, add one spoonful of ghee to a pan. Once the ghee is hot, add the soaked ingredients; after 30 seconds, add double the amount of water relative to the rice and mix well.

Step 5

Cover the rice and cook until tender

Serve the piping hot Singana amti with Varicha Bhat.
