Cheeku Makhana Raita

Step 1

First, whisk the yogurt well until it’s smooth and creamy.

Step 2

Now add the sugar and cardamom powder and mix well.

Step 3

Mash a sapota with a fork and mix it into the yogurt.

Step 4

Add the chopped sapota pieces, dried fruit, and makhanas to the yogurt and mix gently.

Step 5

Garnish with dried fruit, sapota pieces, and rose petals.

Step 6

Let it cool in the refrigerator for 10-15 minutes.
