Step 1

In a bowl add hung curd, whisk

Step 2

Add condensed milk and mix

Step 3

Add thandai paste and whisk well

Step 4

Pour into parchment paper bake tin

Step 5

Steam in steamer for 12 mins

Step 6

Cool and demould

Step 7

Refrigerate for 24 hrs

Step 8

Serve with thandai garnish
