Step 1

Prepare oat flour: Grind the oats in a blender until it becomes a fine flour.

Step 2

Make the batter: In a bowl, mix oat flour, curd, baking powder, salt, and chopped nuts. Add a little water and mix to form a smooth batter.

Step 3

Add sweetness (optional): Add finely chopped or crushed dates if you want a naturally sweet taste.

Step 4

Cook the pancakes: Heat a non-stick pan and lightly grease it with ghee or oil. Pour a small ladle of batter and spread slightly.

Step 5

Flip and cook: Cook on medium flame until golden brown, then flip and cook the other side.

Step 6

Serve warm with fresh fruits, honey, or nut butter.
