Peel and grate the potatoes. Soak them in water for 2-3 minutes and then strain them (drain them through a sieve).
Now, combine cornflour, flour, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and prepare a dough-like paste.
Heat oil in a pan and form oval or round dumplings from the potato paste. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Prepare all of them in the same manner.
Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and lightly fry them, along with red chili and curry leaves.
Add a little salt, red chili powder, and cornflour to the yogurt, mix well, and pour it into the pan, stirring with a spoon.
Now, add the fried potatoes to the pan and serve hot.
