#Aloo If you’re looking for a vegetarian twist on the classic Chicken 65, Potato 65 (or Aloo 65) is a total crowd-pleaser. It’s essentially crispy, deep-fried potato cubes tossed in a spicy, tangy, and tempered yogurt sauce.

Step 1

Peel and grate the potatoes. Soak them in water for 2-3 minutes and then strain them (drain them through a sieve).

Step 2

Now, combine cornflour, flour, salt, turmeric, red chili powder, lemon juice, curry leaves, ginger-garlic paste, and prepare a dough-like paste.

Step 3

Heat oil in a pan and form oval or round dumplings from the potato paste. Fry them over medium heat until golden brown. Prepare all of them in the same manner.

Step 4

Heat oil in a pan, add garlic, and lightly fry them, along with red chili and curry leaves.

Step 5

Add a little salt, red chili powder, and cornflour to the yogurt, mix well, and pour it into the pan, stirring with a spoon.

Step 6

Now, add the fried potatoes to the pan and serve hot.
