Heat the milk: Take 1½ cups milk in a pan and bring it to a boil on medium heat.

Prepare custard mixture: In a bowl, mix custard powder with the remaining ½ cup cold milk. Stir well so there are no lumps.

Cook the custard: Add the custard mixture to the boiling milk while stirring continuously. Add sugar and cook for 3–4 minutes until it thickens.

Cool the custard: Turn off the flame and let the custard cool completely.
Step 5
Add fruits: Add chopped apple, banana, grapes, pomegranate seeds, and mango pieces.
Step 6
Add dry fruits: Mix chopped almonds and cashews.
Step 7
Flavor: Add rose water for extra aroma.
Step 8
Chill and serve: Refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Serve chilled and enjoy your Holi Special Fruit Custard.
