Instant Mango Lassi Recipe in a Mixer Grinder

Mangoes are undeniably the best part of the summer season. After coming back home from spending a lot of time in the sun, all you need is a refreshing beverage. And the traditional Punjabi drink, lassi, does it perfectly. To give lassi a summer twist, make mango lassi in your mixer grinder and enjoy the fruity beverage and beat the heat.

2 mangoes 1 cup curd ½ cup chilled milk 2-3 tbsp sugar ¼ tsp ground cardamom Ice cubes as required

Ingredients

Peel the mangoes and blend them with curd, sugar, and cardamom in a mixer grinder.

Step 1

Add ice cubes and blend again till the mango lassi is chilled and frothy.

Step 2

Taste and adjust the sweetness. You can also add more milk for a thinner consistency.

Step 3

Pour the lassi into glasses, garnish with cubed mangoes and serve the lassi.
