Tomato Cucumber Sandwich for No-Heat Cooking Days

The tomato cucumber sandwich recipe is very refreshing to the taste, especially in the summer. You can make these sandwiches for breakfast or for your evening snacks when hungry!

Ingredients: 10 slices of bread I medium-sized tomato 1 medium-sized cucumber Freshly crushed black pepper, as needed ½ tsp cumin powder Butter, as needed Salt, to taste

Wash vegetables thoroughly and chop them into thin round pieces. Set them aside for now.

Step 1

Take the bread slices and apply butter to each slice of bread. Set them aside on a plate.

Step 2

Add double layers of butter to keep the slices moist and buttery.  Place tomato and cucumber on buttered bread.

Sprinkle pepper powder or freshly ground pepper. You can grind the pepper in a mixer grinder.

Add cumin powder and salt over the tomato and cucumber slices.
